One subscription covers every HANK service. Prices are in U.S. dollars.
Free · 100 credits per calendar month · no payment method required
The allowance resets on the first day of each calendar month (UTC). Unused credits do not carry over. The Free tier cannot sign a Business Associate Agreement, so do not send protected health information on it.
Paid plans
A plan sets your monthly credit allowance. Credits are spent across every service your plan includes.

Protected health information
To send protected health information (PHI) through HANK, your organization needs a plan marked Yes above and an executed Business Associate Agreement, which an owner or admin signs in the console. Coverage follows the subscription: if the plan moves below a PHI-eligible tier, PHI authorization suspends automatically and we email your administrators. Without a signed agreement, the content you submit is not treated as PHI, and Hank may use it in de-identified or aggregated form to improve the Service.
Renewal and cancellation
Monthly plans renew automatically each month, and annual plans renew automatically each year, until you cancel. You can cancel at any time in Billing. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period. Hank does not refund partial periods. When a paid subscription ends, your organization returns to the Free tier.
Tax is added only where Hank is registered to collect it. Payment runs through Stripe; Hank never receives or stores your card number.

The plans above, and the Business Associate Agreement in the console, are offered on a self-service, non-negotiable basis. An organization that needs a higher limitation of liability, custom indemnities, a Data Processing Addendum, service-level commitments, or custom BAA terms enters into a separate Enterprise agreement with Hank.
